Return Policy
- We offer a 7-day return policy for all unused and unworn items—no questions asked.
- If you purchased from an exclusive store, the return policy of that store will apply.
- Any shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable in case of returns.
Return Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email about its approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few days.
Refund Policy
For Returns & Exchanges of Lower Value:
- Once your returned or exchanged items are inspected and approved, the refund will be sent to the bank account or UPI details you provide during the return request.
For Cancelled Orders:
- If the order has NOT been dispatched – You will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
- If the order has been dispatched – We are unable to cancel it. Please refuse delivery upon arrival, and once the order is returned to our warehouse, a full refund will be processed.
Refund Processing Time:
- Refunds may take up to 7 days to reflect in your bank account.
